146.940 (North Platte) / 146.760 (Ogallala) Link Schedule
- Sunday through Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM linked to 0082 Northwest link
- Monday & Wednesday from 5 PM to 8:15 PM linked to 0118 Nebraska hub link group
- 8:15 PM to 8:45 PM Monday & Wednesday news line
- 5 PM to 12 AM Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday linked to 0118 Nebraska hub link group
- Sunday 5 PM to 8:20 PM Linked to 0118 Nebraska hub link group
- Sunday 8:20 PM to 9:30 PM linked to Reflector 9205 for Nebraska IRLP net
444.400 Repeater with 123.0 Tone
- This one has Allstar on it instead of IRLP
- This is normally connected 24/7 to 409920 Kansas hub
- The Kansas hub is connected to Marysville, Kansas, Clay Center, Kansas, Beatrice, Nebraska, Omaha, Nebraska, and many other locations.
147.330 Repeater
- This repeater is in the works again. “I had made headway with it last winter, trying to get it back up and running, but ran out of time. It will be back on air as a local repeater and also have IRLP on it, so if anyone has a request to what they want it linked to, get a hold of me and we can make it happen,” Charlie wrote.
Other Notes
- Charlie is currently trying to acquire more towers across Nebraska and Kansas to get repeaters up on.
- He has the link between North Platte and Ogallala turned on, but for some reason it’s not making the trip. He assumes that he needs to raise the link antenna at the Ogallala site since the tower there lost 120 feet of ground elevation, but it still covers really good being at the top of that 300 ft. tall tower.
IRLP Commands
- (#1) Status check, lets you know if you are connected to another station
- (73) drops the link you are currently connected to
- (#8) connects to 0082 Northwest link without a timeout timer
- (#18) connects to 0118 Nebraska hub link group without timeout timer
- (0016) connects to News Line (see above for News Line schedule)
